Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes.
Add the green beans and salmon to the tray.
Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Roast for another 12–15 minutes until the salmon is just cooked.
Serve straight from the tray.
