Recipe
Add onion and garlic to the slow cooker.
Place the chicken thighs on top.
Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
If desired mix cornstarch with a little water and stir in during the last 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Serve the chicken and sauce with rice and spring onion.
