Recipe
Place onion and garlic in the slow cooker.
Add the chicken thighs.
Add tikka masala paste or spice blend, chopped tomatoes, coconut milk or cream, and salt.
Stir gently to combine.
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Shred the chicken slightly and stir it back into the sauce.
Serve with rice or naan.
